Final Announcement regarding Share Buy-back
init AG repurchased a total of 2,200 shares of init AG (ISIN DE0005759807) at an average price of EUR 14.4955 within the period from February 01, 2012 up to and including March 30, 2012.
As a result of the considerable rise in the share price only a part of the share buy-back init pursued was executed.
