init raises dividend for sixth time in a row
init AG is paying a higher dividend for the sixth time in a row: the annual shareholders’ meeting on 16 May 2012 decided to distribute EUR 0.80 per share from the record 2011 profit (2011: EUR 0.60).
We very consciously want to set a positive sign for the future with our dividend policy,” Chairman of the Managing Board, Dr. Gottfried Greschner, emphasised in front of some 250 init shareholders present. init is again on course for success since the first quarter of 2012.
With revenues and profit growth that exceeded expectations, the start to the new financial year 2012 has been successful.
